For Children

Many health plans do reimburse speech therapy for children, and in order to get the therapy covered, you need a referral from a doctor. Check your policy. If your policy does not cover speech therapy, payment needs to be provided at time of service.

Duration of treatment will be explained at the end of your evaluation. Some children respond after 4-6 months of therapy, but children who have more challenges may require a longer period of treatment?

If you have access to internet, we may ask you to download forms, etc. Then you bring your child in for an evaluation by licensed speech pathologist who will make recommendations regarding therapy for your child.
